You will need to log in to the eCMID Inspection App in order to download the report template for a new inspection, to download a report for auditing or to upload a report to the database. For this, you will need to be connected to the internet. From time to time, you may be asked to log in again – the session duration is limited for security reasons.
Enter your email address and password and click ‘Log in’. Login details are case sensitive, so ensure you use the correct uppercase and lowercase.
If you are unable to log in, use the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the login page. An automatic password reset email to be sent to you – follow the instructions to regain access to the eCMID system.
If you are working towards accreditation, or are not yet accredited for a particular supplement, you can be supervised on site by an AVI. While you are together, they will need to log in via the Overview screen or Upload screen to authorise uploading of the report (which can take place later).
To log out – either temporarily to secure your account or if you wish to delete data saved in the browser – navigate to the User details page.
